ABOUT THE OWNER

Crystal M. Wilson, the founder and principal consultant of C.M. Wilson, is a seasoned human resources professional with over two decades of experience in both the public and private sectors. Since beginning her HR career in 2003, she has served in key leadership roles, including HR Director for private enterprises and HR Administrator for the State of Maryland. Her diverse background also includes work as a labor analyst and project administrator, giving her a well-rounded understanding of workforce dynamics and organizational development. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a Master’s degree in Human Services and Substance Abuse Counseling through a dual program with the University of Baltimore and Coppin State University. Her areas of expertise include policy development and implementation, regulatory compliance, and employee relations. Committed to lifelong learning and continued professional growth, Crystal will be returning to school in the fall of 2026 to pursue her Juris Doctor (JD) in Corporate Law.
